1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Errandoo, you agree to these terms. Errandoo is an on-demand delivery and errand platform operating in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

2. Services

Errandoo connects customers with delivery riders for pickup & drop, shopping, errands, and repair services within our service areas.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid phone number or email to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on delivery is also available for eligible orders.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before a rider accepts the task. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Rider Partners

Riders are independent partners, not employees of Errandoo. They undergo verification before being activated on the platform.

7. Liability

Errandoo acts as a platform connecting customers with riders. We are not liable for damages to items during transit beyond our insurance coverage.
