Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order at any time before a rider accepts the task. Once a rider has accepted and is en route, cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Before rider accepts: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • After rider accepts, before pickup: Rs 20 cancellation fee may apply
  • After pickup: No cancellation allowed — delivery will be completed

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before rider acceptance
  • Rider unable to complete the delivery
  • Wrong items delivered (for shopping orders)
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Overcharged amount due to system error

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: Refunded to the source account within 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded within 7-10 business days
  • Wallet: Instantly credited back to your Errandoo wallet
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund credited to your Errandoo wallet

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Customer was unavailable at the delivery location after multiple contact attempts
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Orders cancelled after the rider has picked up the items

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, you can raise a support ticket through the app or email us at support@errandoo.neocodehub.com. All disputes are reviewed within 48 hours.

6. Rider Cancellation

If a rider cancels after accepting your order, we will automatically reassign a new rider. If no rider is available, you will receive a full refund.
