We collect location data only when you use the app to find nearby riders and track deliveries. Rider location is shared with customers during active deliveries only.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OTP codes are hashed and never stored in plaintext. We follow industry-standard security practices.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@errandoo.neocodehub.com.
